Hi, I’m Kiyah Evans — a Wisconsin Realtor with eXp Realty and a licensed life insurance agent who is passionate about helping people build stability, wealth, and security for their families. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, and a lot of what I do comes from my own life experiences. As a single mom and first time homeowner, I understand how overwhelming buying a home, planning financially, and trying to create a better future can feel. That’s one of the reasons I love what I do because I know what it’s like to start from the beginning and figure things out along the way.Before real estate, I spent years working in the insurance industry helping families protect themselves through life insurance and financial education. My background in insurance taught me how important it is to not only build wealth, but also protect it. I’ve worked with families from all different backgrounds and budgets, helping them understand that there is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to financial planning or homeownership. That experience helped shape the way I work with my real estate clients today — with patience, honesty, education, and real support.I became interested in real estate after purchasing my own home and realizing how life changing homeownership can be. Owning a home gave me a different level of confidence, stability, and motivation, and I want other people, especially first time buyers, to experience that too. I know many people think buying a home is impossible, confusing, or out of reach, but I’m passionate about helping change that mindset and guiding people through the process step by step.Outside of work, I’m focused on continuing to grow personally and professionally while balancing motherhood, business, and school.
